This is an introduction course to Ayurveda, the sister science and diet and lifestyle pairing to yoga. Learn how to eat right for your specific mind and body. Learn to see the world through an interconnected lens. Learn about the building blocks of nature, the five elements, earth, air, water, fire and ether. I will walk you through how to find balance through each of your senses using the elements as your guide.
